Hey Fellas!  I'm Brad Munroe.   I’ve spent over a decade in business, real estate, and leadership.  I’ve lived the season where responsibility stacks faster than clarity, purpose seems like a distant dream, and anxiety replaces your happiness.   But one day everything clicked and I realized the power I had within me to rise above my circumstances and truly be the author of my story.  I know the stress and the struggles of manhood, fatherhood, and marriage all too well.  It can be a lot.  Rise Above exists because too many men are silently carrying the weight of the world without a framework to recalibrate.
